Disclosure Policy

1. Basic Policy on Information Disclosure

PILOT will disclose information timely and properly following the guidelines in the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and the timely disclosure rules of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, where the Company is listed. In addition, if information is considered useful for deepening understanding of the Company, we will also disclose this timely and properly, even if no laws, regulations, or timely disclosure rules apply.

2. Method of Information Disclosure

We will disclose information through the Timely Disclosure network (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and promptly post this information on our website.

3. Regarding Future Prospects

In materials disclosed by the Company, information other than past accomplishments, such as performance forecasts and future prospects, are projections made by the Company based on available information at the time of disclosure. Actual performance could differ from forecasts due to various factors.

4. Quiet Period

To prevent information leaks, such as leaks of financial results, and to ensure fairness, we have established a quiet period from the closing date of each quarter to the day of PILOT’s earnings announcement. During this period, we will not reply to any inquiries or questions regarding financial results. However, if an event that requires timely disclosure occurs during the quiet period, we will make an announcement, as necessary, based on the timely disclosure rules.
